We are conveniently located next to the entrance to Kroger on Miami Avenue in Madeira (Cincinnati) seconds from Indian Hill and Kenwood with ample free parking. We are located within 20 minutes of downtown Cincinnati.

Ordering & Shipping

Shipping is charged for every order. All in-stock items are shipped on either the day of the order or the following day.

For telephone orders, we accept MasterCard, VISA and Discover. We also accept money orders and certified checks by mail. Sorry, No CODs.

We offer layaway plans.

Ohio residents, please add 6.5% state sales tax.

Unopened, unused items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. All returns are for store credit only.

We offer complete service on all trains we sell. Any new locomotive purchased from Ted's receives an extra one year extended warranty absolutely free.
